By entering the Clock Tower precinct, you agree to the following Conditions of Entry:

If you fail to comply with any of these Conditions of Entry you may be directed to leave the Clock Tower precinct and City Hall; and/or be banned for a period of time or permanently. If you fail to leave the Clock Tower precinct, or City Hall, upon being directed to do so, Council staff or security staff may seek the assistance of Queensland Police Service to remove you from the Clock Tower precinct and City Hall.
Emergency Procedures
In case of fire, you must not use the lift; use the emergency/fire stairwell exit. You must follow instructions from lift drivers and fire wardens.
Disabled Access
You acknowledge that due to access restrictions:
• Wheelchair access is limited to the museum area; and there is no wheelchair access to the Clock Tower viewing platform.
• It is not recommended that persons suffering severe physical disabilities or height-related disabilities (such as vertigo) enter the Clock Tower precinct.
Heritage Lift
You must not touch the doors of the lift to the Clock Tower Precinct.
Children and School Groups
Children and school groups must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times when within the Clock Tower precinct. If school groups are separated in order to ride the Heritage Lift, there must be at the least one supervising adult with each group of children riding in the Heritage Lift at all times.

Tickets are sold by Eventbrite as agent for and on behalf of Museum of Brisbane and subject to the following terms and conditions:
Children attending a Museum of Brisbane program aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times. While attending a program or workshop, the supervising adults must stay within the area of the workshop.
Children over the age of 12 must be accompanied by a supervising adult, unless, the supervising adult has provided suitable contact methods and agreed in writing to the drop off and pick-up of the child at the designated time as outlined by MoB. This information will be collected by a Museum facilitator before the adult has departed.
1. Eligibility
• Entry is open to individuals who complete the Museum of Brisbane visitor survey in full during the relevant prize draw period.
• Museum of Brisbane staff, volunteers, contractors, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Periods
One $50 voucher will be awarded every three months for the following periods:
• 1 July – 30 September
• 1 October – 31 December
• 1 January – 31 March
• 1 April – 30 June
Entries must be received within the relevant period to be eligible for that quarter’s draw.
3. Prize
Each prize is a $50 MoB Shop voucher to be redeemed online.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
• Winners will be contacted via the email address provided in their survey submission within 10 business days of the draw.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, the Museum of Brisbane reserves the right to redraw the prize.
5. Privacy
• Personal information provided will only be used for the purposes of administering the prize draw and in accordance with the Museum of Brisbane’s Privacy Policy.
6. General
• The Museum of Brisbane reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw or these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
By entering the draw, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
The laws of Queensland, Australia govern these Terms and Conditions of Use.
