MoB Learn Assist

MoB Learn Assist provides increased access for children, young people and their teachers to participate in the cultural life of their city.

Museum of Brisbane believes that people of any age, social, cultural or economic background, are capable of making important contributions to the rich diversity of cultural and social life in Brisbane. MoB Learn Assist recognises the barriers presented by social and economic disadvantage and aspires to improve access to Museum of Brisbane’s exhibitions, educational offerings and other opportunities by consciously working to overcome such barriers.

Schools and education groups that meet eligibility requirements will receive financial assistance for booking and travel costs. Schools and education groups from Greater Brisbane and South East Queensland regional areas are encouraged to apply.

All MoB Learn Programs and Workshops are eligible, including virtual tours. See MoB Learn Programs and MoB Learn Workshops for current offerings.

Eligibility:

To be eligible, schools located within Greater Brisbane are required to indicate a value of 1,000 or less on the Index of Community Socio-Educational Advantage (ICSEA). School ICSEA rankings can be confirmed here.
