An artist talk with Martin Edge explored the inspiration and creative process behind his vibrant exhibition Welcome to Brisbane, joined by Pia Robinson from The Culture Crusader and facilitated by MoB Assistant Curator Gabrielle Bergman.
Attendees heard about Martin’s large-scale murals, which transformed the gallery walls with two vibrant and animated scenes of Brisbane city. After the talk, guests stayed for a book signing of Martin’s new colouring book and had the chance to connect with the artist.
