A Taste of Brisbane explores the food of our city through stories of art, culture and social history. With a focus on artworks from our collection, past exhibitions and Brisbane creatives, we investigate food and the way it provides familiarity, stability and comfort to the daily lives of our many communities.

Explore the highlights and activities to learn more about the culinary and artistic stories that celebrate both our contemporary culture, and our city’s histories.
