Fatu Feu’u:

  • 25 Oct 2003 — 04 Jan 2004
  • Exhibition now closed

New Zealand-based Samoan artist Fatu Feu’u uses images to speak publicly about what it means to live surrounded by dissimilar societies. Ifoga means reconciliation, forgiving, to make up, compassion, respect. In Ifoga, Fatu Feu’u brought to Brisbane his unique vision of the Pacific as both an ancestral home and cultural location.
