We are excited to welcome visitors following the Queensland Government Roadmap to Easing Restrictions.
The health and wellbeing of our visitors, staff and community is our top priority. To ensure the Museum remains a safe space, we are implementing a site-specific COVIDSafe plan and a range of measures in line with advice from Queensland Health.
Our opening hours will remain the same, however we will operate under a free timed-entry system until further notice.
We will be limiting numbers in the Museum to 100 at any one time to ensure all visitors have space and comfort to enjoy the many exhibitions we have on display. Please ensure you bring a mask to wear during your visit. Children under 12 are excluded from this requirement.
Please note, walk-ins are welcome!
On the day you visit the Museum, you must provide your full name, email address, and mobile number to assist with contact tracing if necessary.
Please note MoB is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use these details to conduct contact tracing, and they will be erased after 56 days.
To ensure the safety of our artworks, and in consideration of other visitors, we ask that movement through the Museum be considerate. During your visit, please maintain healthy hygiene practices. We have taken extra measures as recommended by the Queensland Government to assist you with this, including increased cleaning frequency, handwashing, and sanitiser facilities. For the safety of artworks and visitors, it is a requirement that visitors to the Museum must accept and comply with these conditions.
Please stay at home if you are unwell. Museum of Brisbane has the right to refuse entry at their discretion.
Museum of Brisbane respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of Brisbane and surrounding areas, and other First Nation peoples. We pay our respects to Elders past and present.
