Costumes reaches 100,000 visitors

We’re excited to announce that Costumes from the Golden Age of Hollywood has reached 100,000 visitors since opening on 22 November last year!

Another testament to the exhibition’s popularity has seen the majority of events aligned to the exhibition fully booked, including last weekend’s exclusive conversation with Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries costume designer Marion Boyce.

Many upcoming programs have booked out, but there are still some tickets available for Costumes in Contemporary Art on Sunday 12 April, perfect for art and fashion lovers. The free event will see two of Brisbane’s most exciting contemporary artists, Gerwyn Davies and Chantal Fraser, lead a conversation on identity and the transformative power of fashion and costumes.

If you are yet to come visit the exhibition, not to worry, we’re only half way through with the exhibition continuing until 24 May 2015.
