Located in the heart of the city at Brisbane City Hall, Museum of Brisbane is the keeper of our city’s stories and history. Brisbane is home to many diverse groups of peoples and continues to evolve in response to social, cultural and political change. Explore Australian immigration history and investigate stories of groups who migrated to Australia after Federation. Engage in a discussion on the reasons for migration, as well as exploring the social, economic and political impacts.
