Pack your bags and come back in time with Museum of Brisbane. Discover what Brisbane was like many years ago when horse drawn trams were a common mode of transport and Brisbane City Hall towered over all.

Brisbane now and then: Exploring a significant place and Brisbane history has been specifically developed to complement the Australian National Curriculum and connect the Museum to classroom learning in a meaningful and practical way.

During your visit to Museum of Brisbane students will tour City Hall, experience a ride in the Clock Tower as well as participating in an object handling workshop. In the workshop students will be given the opportunity to explore interesting objects from 1800-1900s and learn about how they might have been used when their parents, grandparents and even great grandparents were children.

This experience is the perfect day out for your class to learn more about Brisbane and the significant site of City Hall. We hope to see you soon!

Bookings are now open for Term one.

Get in early to secure your 2016 visit!
