10 May – 11 August 2019
Immerse your students in a multidisciplinary celebration of the arts in Brisbane. BRISBANE ART DESIGN showcases Brisbane artists and designers experimenting across a range of mediums including robotics, graphics, furniture and lighting design, video, installation, ceramics, jewellery and painting.
Museum of Brisbane is commissioning exciting new works from artists including Justene Williams, Kellie O’Dempsey, Craig & Karl, and Isabel and Alfredo Aquilizan and designers Derlot and Luxxbox.
Explore design processes and their practical and aesthetic applications in an interactive and immersive setting. A guided exhibition tour enables students to develop critical and creative thinking skills in The Arts and Technologies, and facilitates a deeper engagement and understanding of the artworks.
A BAD Adventure Find Resource will be available to complement a visit to the exhibition.
