Mindfulness in the Museum

An increasing body of evidence suggests mindfulness practice offers significant benefits to work and life. Join Psychotherapist and Mindfulness Educator, Jon Unal in our Dome Lounge on Saturday 18 Feb, as he explains how Mindfulness can reduce stress, anxiety and depression and improve work performance and productivity as well emotional intelligence, focus and engagement.

This free presentation and workshop will guide you through the definition of mindfulness including key principles and how it works to affect your brain and body. Jon will also lead the group in guided mindfulness including breathing and body awareness exercises. During the workshop you will discover the benefits of moving from a habit-driven perspective to one of alertness, clarity and responsiveness. Jon will also leave you with some tips for staying mindful as you go about your everyday life.
