Join mindfulness coach Jon Unal as he explores how to savour and enjoy your food to the fullest.
Jon Unal is a registered counsellor and the founder of Conscious Beginnings – Psychotherapy & Mindfulness Education. In our final Good Food Club, Jon will train you in mindful eating so you can become more conscious of your tastes and the eating process.
The Good Food Club is served with a side of beautiful acoustic music and afternoon tea featuring local, bespoke teas from the West End Tea company, hand-crafted old-fashioned soda by the BNE Soda Co. and a sweet treat from Jocelyn’s Provisions.
