Renowned Brisbane artist Allyson Reynolds returned for her second exhibition at Museum of Brisbane with a series of ink drawn and painted landscapes.
Featuring landscape drawing work she began in 2007 while residing in Scotland and has continued to evolve since returning to live and work from her studio in Samford, Brisbane.
Allyson Reynolds is a talented local artist whose work has been shown internationally in London and Toronto. As well as receiving international acclaim for her work, Allyson Reynolds is an avid supporter of other local artists having co-founded Doggett Street Studio Gallery and worked as a coordinator of Dayboro’s Contemporary Art Centre.
Allyson Reynolds was awarded a Royal Overseas League visual arts scholarship in 2006 which funded her residency at Hospitalfield House in the town of Arbroath Scotland.
