Where is MoB ?
Museum of Brisbane is temporarily located on the ground floor of 157 Ann Street, just around the corner from King George Square and directly opposite the Brisbane School of Arts.

Opening times
MoB is open every day between 10am and 5pm. We are closed on Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. We are open from 1pm on ANZAC Day.

Admission
Admission is free.

Group visits
Exhibition introductions are available for groups of 10 or more people. Call 07 3403 8888 to book a group visit.
If you book for a group of 10 or more, MoB Customer Service Officers will be on hand to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.

A MoB Customer Service Officer will introduce your group to the current exhibitions and museum facilities and will answer questions about them. They will also be able to provide you with exhibition brochures and related materials to use during your visit.

Planning your visit
• please book your group visit at least two weeks in advance
• pre-visit information can be sent to you on request to assist with planning your visit
• we recommend a ratio of one adult per ten students for school-age groups
• MoB Customer Service Officers are available to introduce exhibitions to your group
• food, drink and flash photography is not permitted in the gallery spaces
• mobile phones should be switched off

Getting to MoB
The museum is only a 5 to 10 minute walk from Central and Roma Street train stations. There is a major bus interchange underneath King George Square.

You can also catch The Loop, a free bus service that loops the city every 10 minutes from 7am to 5.50pm Monday to Friday. The Loop stops at Central Train Station and outside City Hall on Ann Street.

Where can I park ?
Paid car parking is available at the King George Square Car Park, located directly underneath King George Square.

Wheelchair access ?
Wheelchair access to 157 Ann Street is available. If additional assistance is required please contact the Building Manager on 07 3403 4195 to make arrangements before you arrive.
